Maintenance Contract

 

Smerwick On Site Maintenance Contract is the best choice for you IT infrastructure.

We provide state of the art IT support and maintenance, IT solution deployment and implementation. Our objective is to build a long-term relationship with our customers, by providing a superior level of technical support at an affordable cost.

 

Our Maintenance Contracts are defined as 3 typical service levels:

 

Level 1

  • Unlimited help desk (phone, email or remote desktop)
  • One maintenance visit per month (maximum 1 hour/visit)
  • One general support visit per month (maximum 1 hour/visit)
  • General support visit are transferable from month to month up to the limit of 3hours to transfer
  • Additional unscheduled visit rate of NT$ 2,400 per hour

Level 2

  • Unlimited help desk (phone or email)
  • One maintenance visit per month (maximum 2 hours/visit)
  • One general support visit per month (maximum 1 hours /visit) sos-maintenance-contract

  • Additional unscheduled visit rate of NT$ 2,300 per hour

Level 3

  • Unlimited help desk (phone or email)

  • One maintenance visit per month (maximum 4 hours/visit)
  • One general support visit per month (maximum 1 hours /visit)
  • Additional unscheduled visit rate of NT$ 2,100 per hour
