Smerwick On Site has been successfully integrated in AE IT structure in Taiwan. Smerwick On Site provides support and maintenance to a team of 70 people, working under the supervision of Patrick Mueller, Worldwide IT Systems Support Manager, based in Germany, and Ligong Wei, Head of IT Dpt. In Shenzhen, China. Smerwick On Site mainly handles everything that cannot be done remotely (hardware installation, configuration), as well as issues raised by the language barrier (IT support teams based in the US do not read / speak Chinese)
